Access:
Wheelchair positions are located on the flat floor in the stalls. Customers in wheelchairs are requested to book a designated wheelchair space in advance.

Loop System:
A Sennheiser infra red system is installed. Please be aware that personal hearing aids are not suitable for use with an infra red system. You can book a personal loop or headset with the Box Office.

Guide Dogs:
Guide Dogs are welcome.

Toilets:
Adapted toilets are located on the Ground and First Floors.

Lifts:
A lift is available to take patrons to the First Floor and Upper Balcony. It is situated to the rear of the building.

Disabled Parking:
Limited disabled parking spaces are available for disabled badge holders in the vicinity of The Civic Hall.
